Sore and itchy boobs!

Ok, the past week I have noticed that my boobs have gotten extremely sore again (like in first trimester) and the are itchy. Anyone else experience this or is it just me? I figured they were growing due to milk production. Just wanted to see what you all thought.

    My nipples seem to hurt a lot when nothing is even touching them, the right one especially. They were already really sensitive and ticklish before I got pregnant. I'm really nervous about have a kid messing with them all the time!

    Feels like someone used them as punching bags...and the nipples are EXTREMELY sensitive!

    I woke up yesterday morning and my left boob was soo sore, and itchy, later I was massaging them and noticed a clear yellowish discharge coming from my nipple. So yeah, I think its just everything getting ready for baby, but it was pretty crazy to see my nipple leaking like that (FTM here) I had to get some nipple pads today because I noticed a little leakage coming through my shirt.
