  Thank you for all the support. I have read everything on this topic and I know ad understand it! I just thought this would be a place to post how I was feeling. It's my first pregnancy and I am nervous. I was just looking for a little support.

  Umm... /pat? It's not uncommon to fail the 1 hour then pass the 3 hour. If you've already researched then you know there's nothing you could do to alter this, so you shouldn't feel like a bad mom. Good luck.

  Ugh I'm sorry hopefully you pass your 3 hour one. I have my 1 hour test tomorrow and am slightly nervous. Sucks you have high blood pressure too but as long as you/Dr keep an eye on it you should be OK. Understand its nerve wrecking especially as FTM. Good luck!

  On the positive side, getting diagnosed means you can put a plan in action to manage it.

  I failed the one hour last time and passed the three hour. It happens all the time. Personally, I would be more concerned about high BP than GD.

  My BP is under control and has been being monitored this whole time so for now things are looking good! Just have to wait and hear about the GD! Guess I just need to roll with te punches!

  As others have said, don't feel like the worse (worst?) mom ever... you can be eating the most healthy and doing everything else right and still get GD... happened to me last pregnancy. The good thing is GD is fairly easy to control with your diet in most cases. Good luck on your 3 hr test!
