diaper changer suggestions

I want something I can wash off in a sink rather than putting a sheet in the laundry.  Here are two, any recommendations?

Boon Fresh Baby Changing Station,Orange

Keekaroo Peanut Diaper Changer

Thanks for your recommendations/suggestions in advance!

Re: diaper changer suggestions

  • The Boon one doesn't have a "safety strap" to keep baby on the pad, so I would probably skip it. We didn't use the strap on our changing pad most of the time, but when DD was really wiggly and fighting having her diaper changed it was very useful.

Bump burp. Anyway, our changing pad was waterproof so we wouldn't have needed a cover but used one anyway. It really didn't need to be cleaned often. We had two and I don't think there was ever a time both were dirty at the same time.

  • These: https://www.amazon.com/Munchkin-Count-Waterproof-Changing-Liners/dp/B00IDI20V8

Requires you wash them yes, but very easy to spray off any poo mess and then toss in the laundry.  Cheaper way of getting more days out of your regular changing pad cover.  We had several packages, and had a lot of messes, but I didn't feel like I was always doing laundry to wash them.  Then I have 2 regular changing pad covers that I rotated through the wash as needed, but for the most part, the "mess" stayed on the liners.
  • We have the peanut and it does not require a sheet over it and we are not planning to use one.  Love it.
