Even shorter cervix length - at L&D

Hey ladies,
Y'all might remember that a few weeks ago, I posted about a short cervix length at 29 weeks. Well they followed up with a fFN which was negative, so I cut back a bit at work but went on my merry way with a follow up appt in two weeks. Well that was today, and the US showed cervix at 1.8 cm - so shorter than it was 2 weeks ago! And they hooked me up to a monitor and saw lots of smallish contractions. So off we went for an overnight stay at L&D. They're pumping me full of fluid and monitoring me. They gave me a steroid shot for the little boy and started me on procardia to stop the contractions.
Praying all will be well and I will be able to go home tomorrow with some sort of bedrest plan likely
I'm willing to do whatever is best for LO. But scary times - prayers appreciated!
