I have had so many problems with trying to register at Target... I live in a small town so I don't have a lot of options. First they did not have the guns to register... So we found a way to do it on our own, on our phones... It was not showing up if someone went to look it up.... Now when you print it at the store it does not show any of the online only items.... Ahhh is anyone else having troubles?

I'm not registered at Target, but it would seem right to me that it NOT show the online only items for someone printing it in store since they won't be able to find it in store. Sorry you're having such trouble. I've heard they are also awful to deal with in regard to returns.

Well I called and asked and they said it all should show up...oh that's no good on the returns... Well I have target or walmart and that's it :-( however whatever we don't get we will make a trip to Seattle and go to a bigger Target and Babies R Us

How soon after creating it did someone try to look it up? It usually takes a few hours to the next day to be searchable. I registered at Target last pregnancy and didn't have any issues. I did get some duplicate items but returning was hassle-free.

We had to go back a ton of times. They made upgrades to their system and it was just a total cluster f for like a week. I ended up finally getting it started at a different Target. I got some of the bigger items on there by writing down the 9 digit number on the tag and looking up by the number on the website. It was a huge pain but I got the registry done.

I had no problems registering at our Target. I was concerned because I have heard so many bad things about their return policies here on TB but when I talked to my friends who just had babies they said it was no problem at all.

I certainly hope they clear it all up for you soon

I did Target (it was that or walmart also) but I have had no troubles. The closest one is still 30 minutes away but I did a lot online and tried to do items that were also available in the store.

I haven't registered there for baby yet, but we did use them for our wedding registry. Returns we're super easy...if it's on the registry you can return it no problem without a receipt. Off the registry they will do exchanges or store credit...we returned several things and didn't have any problems at all.

I was told not to use them when we registered for our wedding last year due to the system being messed up AND it was difficult to make returns and exchanges, especially without a receipt. I have been debating on giving target another shot. It will be not be my first choice, though. Burlington and Babies R Us are.

I also had a terrible experience with their wedding registry. They wouldn't tell me who bought things, online vs in store, whole thing went down when we went to use our completion discount. We're using them again only bc we don't have a lot of options for stores near family (no BBB near fam and many won't shop online). Praying it goes better but not holding my breath.

Target recently revamped their web platform and are experiencing issues, I am on a list for them to call when they get it fixed.

I'm registering at BBB and Target. There aren't too many BBB around but there are plenty of Targets where I live. I love being able to scan things with my iphone using the app. I obviously haven't had my shower yet and dunno if returns will be difficult like a lot of ppl said. I did it anyways because I like theif baby bedding and it's cheaper than BBB. I registered the more specialty baby items (e.g. stroller and car seat) at BBB.

My shower invites got sent out yesterday and I decided to add a few last minute things on my registry at Target (and I just wanted to peek), if someone is shopping and adds the item to their cart, someone else can also add it because it wasn't purchased. So two people have purchased the pack and play off there for me.
