Epic diaper fail

So we generally use cloth diapers but I'm finishing off a pack of disposables from camping. Did I mention they are WalMart brand and horrible and I'm never gonna buy them again?

So this morning after smelling that Hannah had a poop, I go to change her. To find her diaper completely shoved into the left leg of her jammies. Talk about gross!!! I haven't had to deal with a mess like that since she was a newborn.

What epic fails have you had recently?

Eww! Disposables are so worthless, haha. I can't think of any recent fails. I've been too busy to remember them. I'm sure they are happening, but I'm trying really hard to focus on remembering the good times I have with the girls now that I'm back at work and hardly see them during the week.

My sister who hates changing diapers grabbed a cloth diaper but didn't check to see if there was a liner in the pocket. So a half hour later LO made the sign for potty but she didn't take her so there was a stream of urine on her floor. I have never heard so much screaming in my life:)

Since we switched to cd we really have not had any epic fails! Yay!

We will be gone from Friday afternoon to Sunday night and I'm thinking we may to use some disposables

we shall see how that goes!

Well, I was working in my classroom and J was happily playing in his car seat. I thought I heard him blow out his diaper while talking to a parent, but got distracted and forgot. And then discovered this. The car seat was worse.

Ewwwwww! no good! Definitely had my share of icky poo diapers. So my recent fail is bath time with two kids. Twice in a row my 2 yr old has had a pool at bath time and I am trying to get the baby situated at the same time. In that time DS both times has taken off his diaper, poo rolled on his bedroom floor running around with it caked on his butt. I swear..when does it get easier?!!! Ick

@mcgeeva, it was no joke. I thought being a second time mom that I had seen it all. Geez, that blow out totally put me in my place! Thank goodness I had an extra onesie in my bag!

MJC1116 yep I have learned that lesson over and over to always have extra clothes. Showing up at daycare and my kids is in a tiny onsie open with pants on because he has nothing else.

Oh no! Disposables are no good! I haven't had any big problems lately - a couple weeks ago DH put T to bed in a cloth that I hadn't prepped for nighttime which sometime works out ok.... but this day T had drank a lot, so he woke up totally soaked....poor guy!!

My disaster didn't involve a diaper. Two times in the last month DD has pooped right after her bath before we got a diaper back on her. The first time was in the bath after the water drained and the second was on the carpet. Yep, she just squatted on down and laid a log on the carpet. It freaked her out pretty good when she saw it too. She hasn't been able to sit down in the bath since then.

We do cloth too and LO is having crazy teething poops at the moment. He is also the worse kid in the world to change so add a messy poop, and wiggly kid, and there was poop everywhere, even on the walls. I nearly lost it....

We are potty training DS and so far he's doing great. But the other day he peed his pants because he was saying "pee pee mama!" but I was too preoccupied with my phone conversation to realize what he was saying. He was NOT pleased and I felt like an awesome mom.
