    This is crazy....but somehow I could see that coming! I agree with @starmile....must be nice.

    I think Michelle is 48. At least that's how old she was on the episode where she and Jim Bob went to the re. In any case, I too was creeped out by the use of moms magical pee sticks.

    I'm not surprised. Honeymoon babies aren't unheard of, and the truth of it is, some people just get lucky.

    I do agree it's pretty early for them to be announcing. If their wedding was 8w ago and she O'd on their wedding night, that would make her a max of 10w. Her brother's wife had an MC the first time they got pregnant and her mom and one, too, so I would think that would make her be more cautious... Guess not.

    I am not an active Duggar watched but when I saw the preview that they had a "special suprise" coming on their show I had to watch. Yes Michelle is (or was at the time of filming) expecting their 20th child. I guess that's why she still keeps the pee sticks around?

    Fail on my part. It would appear this was an older episode (last years) I watched and she suffered a missed miscarriage with that pregnancy.

    Before my ultrasounds showed me measuring 2 weeks behind, my dates would have worked for Jill's pregnancy: LMP on 24 Jun (3 days after her wedding) makes a due date of 31 Mar.  Guess she just lucked out on fertility.

    Yes, it's early to announce it to the world but their family has been open about Michelle's loss of Jubilee so I'd imagine Jill would be the same if that happened to her.

    I haven't read the article & I've never watched the show. To the bolded, I was pissed the fuck off when I heard they went to a RE. Wtf you "godly" people. You can't be happy with the kids you already have? You've already been more than prosperous in the childbirth department. FFS. I think it angered me more because she has no real reason (IMO) to be seeing a RE when clearly, fucking clearly, she has had no problem conceiving. Way to add to making/keeping ACTUAL fertility struggles taboo and not recognized. Fucking joke.
