In my head, or just more aware?

So I posted yesterday about getting news of a "pelvic mass" when I got a phone call from an OBGyn referral office (TriCare... yay...). I have an appointment with my doctor in three hours to hopefully get more information. Well, ever since I got the phone call I have been feeling a lot of pulling and strange sensations in my lower abdomen. I have a history of being overly critical about everything I feel after battling an intestinal yeast infection (Candida) for almost three years (I finally kicked it with the help of a very good nutritionist, see paragraph below). I know have had these same lower abdominal feelings for the past year or so, but I always just wrote them off as the normal twinges associated with the hormones changes in a cycle. I am also scared that because I have to go through the wonderful military health system that, even if it turns out to be the only way to get pregnant, they will fight me and not want to do any sort of surgery. But, I know I am worrying about that waaayyyyyyy too early.
This post, but basically just a rant... but I feel better now. :-)

NOT RELATED TO TTTC, BUT IMPORTANT:
On a side note, as mentioned above, I struggled with the nausea, headaches, and all around crappy feelings associated with intestinal yeast infections and Candida for about three years. My problems all started from three doses of very strong antibiotics because of two surgeries and an unrelated infection. If anyone out there has been struggling with unexplained stomach problems and most likely have been put on an acid reducer to stop heart burn that never actually goes away, PLEASE PM ME!!! That is no way to go through life and the fix is easier than you'd think!
