  I just had an employee resign. No notice, nothing. Just left a voicemail saying she wasn't coming in anymore. Idiot. With all the other transitions and reassignments going on right now that was the very last thing I needed.

  That is so frustrating. When I worked at the bank we had two people just send their keys in through the drive through and drive off. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and let us know they were quitting. It was crazy.

  Found my son with a live baby lizard in his fist squeezing/dismembering it to death last night.
  
  I screamed. Freaked out. Scared him. Made him cry. It was horrifying.
  
  My worst nightmare. We live in South Florida and they are everywhere... they get in your house. This was in my house. I hate them. I found one IN MY BED under the covers once.
  
  It. Was. Awful.

  Hope it's not HFM for Miss C, poor thing.
  
  If your DH is like mine, you will have more questions than answers after the doctor visit. He is great with the baby but getting him to remember what I want him to ask the pedi is impossible.

  This is my PPO also, but deductible is $3,600. BCP is $270 for 3 months.

  Whoa Sooz, yikes. That wait list is nuts. The house you guys are getting, is in the neighborhood you talked about before where your co-workers live? I wonder if someone in that area would want to do a nanny share? It would have to be cheaper than what you are paying now.

  @sands42‌ that is one of my worst nightmares. I freak out when there is one in the bathroom let alone in the bedroom when I visit family in your area . At the same time I am in awe of your little guys reflexes, I spent most of my childhood trying to catch one of those with little luck . Thank goodness you caught him before he tried to eat it!
