2. I have an appointment and ultrasound at MFM on Friday and my shower is on Sunday. Looking forward to both.
3. Right now, I guess it is to start packing my bag. It feels super early but I am having this baby some time in September so I guess I should get prepared. Oh and once I get the car seat I need to get it properly installed.
How many weeks are you?/How big is baby? (Fruit/Veggie) 34 weeks. Butternut squash!
2. Symptoms, Rants, Cravings, Appointments?Same symptoms. Extra fatigue. Appointment Friday.
3. GTKY: What is the most urgent or most important thing on your to-do list prior to lo's arrival? Get all of our baby gear down from the attic to clean. Switch over DS2's clothes out of the nursery dresser and put baby girl's stuff in. (I've been saying this for weeks!)
1. How many weeks are you?/How big is baby? (Fruit/Veggie)34 weeks, butternut squash
2. Symptoms, Rants, Cravings, Appointments? Just feeling out of breath, some RLP, some sciatic nerve and back pain, etc. The usual for this time of pregnancy, I guess. I have my next appointment on Monday, after which I think I'll start seeing my OB weekly.
3. GTKY: What is the most urgent or most important thing on your to-do list prior to lo's arrival? I finally registered for childbirth class today. I'm going to go with MIL, and it's one of those condensed, two-day courses. I am not particularly looking forward to it, as I expect most women will be there with their partners/husbands. I put off registering for weeks. I also need to tour the hospital and pre-register, pack my bag (baby's is packed though!), and finish moving furniture into the room LO and I will be in at my parents' place.
Me: 30 | DH: 4/12/85 - 6/16/14 | Quinn Patrick born 9/28/14
1. How many weeks are you?/How big is baby? (Fruit/Veggie) 33 weeks, so Durian fruit.
2. Symptoms, Rants, Cravings, Appointments? OB on Thursday afternoon and MFM on Friday. Next week probably starts the weekly MFM appointments (they will let me know on Friday).
3. GTKY: What is the most urgent or most important thing on your to-do list prior to lo's arrival? Install the car seat and pack the hospital bag.
Married 10/06
Baby Girl "C" arrived on 10/07/14 (39 weeks, 6 days)
1. How many weeks are you?/How big is baby? (Fruit/Veggie) 34? yeah, I'm pretty sure it's 34. Butternut squash.
2. Symptoms, Rants, Cravings, Appointments? Same old. I'm uber-emotional, I want all the junk food, my hips hurt, BH is hitting me full force. Next appointment is next Wednesday, and I'm on weekly visits after that! I can't believe I'm up to weekly appointments already!
3. GTKY: What is the most urgent or most important thing on your to-do list prior to lo's arrival? Get his room ready! He has a crib, and so at least I know he has a place to sleep, but these past few days, I feel like the list of to-dos for that room is growing, not shrinking.
Sorry, I forgot to post this morning. I had my heart set on the fact that today was Thursday!
1. How many weeks are you?/How big is baby? (Fruit/Veggie)
33 weeks today! LO is the size of a durian fruit - what ever the hell that is. (but actually as of last friday we were at 3lbs 12oz)
2. Symptoms, Rants, Cravings, Appointments?
Baby is kicking the shit out of me, and my hips have been hurting more and more. I am also very emotional. I had a total melt down yesterday watching - "I Didn't Know I was Pregnant" (Better than a breakdown while listening to T-Pain which has happened)
3. GTKY: What is the most urgent or most important thing on your to-do list prior to lo's arrival?
Clean the house and make sure that the kitchen table and bench seat in the kitchen are built! Actually... just finish the damn kitchen. Then I think I'll be good to go. - Oh yeah we still need a stroller!
1. How many weeks are you?/How big is baby? (Fruit/Veggie) 33 weeks, durian
2. Symptoms, Rants: insomnia, nighttime calf and abdominal cramps, plantar fasciitis in my left foot, nerve pain in my right foot, hip pain at night, low blood pressure, high blood sugar, bruises from insulin injections, worsening gastroparesis, sacrum pain, lower back pain, mid and upper back spasms, bladder woes, inability to regulate my body temperature, irritability, uterine irritability, and a fetus that wants to back his way out through my upper abdominals. I'm also sick of showering and having to do my hair and makeup every day.
Cravings: chocolate.
Appointments: twice weekly NSTs. Next week I also have a pediatrician interview and a growth scan at the MFM, so that's four doctor appointments in one week.
3. GTKY: What is the most urgent or most important thing on your to-do list prior to lo's arrival? I have a long to-do list still, but probably the top two things that need to be done are packing the hospital bags and figuring out how I'm going to deal with the pain of labor and delivery.
34 weeks today the size of a butternut squash. I had an appointment today and have been put on restrictions. My last day of work is this Friday. I can't sleep, my feet and ankles are horribly swollen, and have been having some pretty intense contractions. After my shower this weekend I plan on figuring out what I still need, packing my hospital bags, and installing the car seat. Also finish washing, organizing, and preparing the nursery.
33 weeks today! The size of a durian fruit (whatever that is) Appointments: have my first weekly BPP with my OB tomorrow afternoon and my family shower on Sunday. There are a few things to do that i think are very important, but first and foremost I want to schedule some alone time with DH. With our work schedules I only see him 3 days/week anyway and his sister lives with us so she is always there so alone time has become very precious and I'm just hoping we can have one date night before LO gers here. After that is packing a bag and cleaning and organizing the house.
