Feeling awful

Well I have been up all night reallly dizzy and vomiting. I am trying to make it through today at work but still feeling awful. (the kind of getting sick where its in your mouth and then you swallow...) tmi but its horrible. I felt my LO moving this morning so I am sure she is ok. But any suggestions on what to do? should I call my dr?

    Yeah, I say probably call your doctor. You might have a stomach virus or simply bad morning sickness again, but I'd play it on the safe side and call.

    I think you should be at home resting... not at work. Seems like you may have caught a bug. Stay hydrated!!!!!

    I would drink lots of water and call your doctor! I have been getting the vomit in my mouth thing from acid reflux but no dizziness. I say call.

    This is a dumb question, but should I call my family dr or call my ob? I try not to call either of them at all but I dont know which one to call with feeling this bad
