This made me a little sad. They just got married, just got their first taste of truly being independent, and they're already having a baby? No time to themselves to enjoy married life?

agreed! she's been around babies all her life, you'd think she'd want a break!

Nah don't be sad. You don't have to deal with it...they do!

I certainly would! I love DD, and I'm working on bonding with 2.0 as best as possible right now, but geeeeeeeeeeeze. I don't think I could take 20+ years of babies and then be like "Well, first time to have sex, let's make more!"
My hubby and I didn't get pregnant on the honey moon, we got pregnant 3 months later. So we figured we had a whole year together of married life we did two holidays before baby too so don't feel bad for them
I personally am glad DH and I had 7 years of marriage before kids.
But then again, if I had a goal of having 20 kids, I guess I would have wanted to start young.
This exactly- changed to 10 years. I've been married 10 years, and we waited to TTC for that exact reason.. so we had time together to enjoy various things we wanted to do together. SO happy we did it this way.
That said, not everyone feels this way or cares about this- different strokes. But yeah- sheesh. I'd certainly want a baby/kid break if I were her. But it's obvious she's a VERY different person than I am.

Anyone want to take a bet on a 7 lbs. premie coming in February?
I would really doubt this. They had like 50 chaperones. God, they can't even enjoy exploring sex before it gets ruined by pregnancy and a newborn!
I dunno... I had a very overbearing mother and step father and wasn't allowed to be alone with a boy ever, but I still managed... And got KU in the process. I guess I'm just skeptical
..............
Yes, but they literally had like 50 chaperones, not just 2.
