I am filling out a home loan pre approval worksheet, and it asks us to report income, including child support. We have only received one payment in a year (July). Should I leave that blank or list what we are supposed to be receiving? This is for the Rural Development loan program, so it is income contingent.
I looked further into the rules and guidelines, and I think I'm going to leave it out. It says CS must continue for 3 years and have a history of at least 12mo to be considered income. Although the CS order is a year old, we do not have a history of receiving it. So I'm not counting it.
