Back pain... My mind is going crazy

Hello everyone,
I'm glad to say I'm still here w you, I think I've been so scared I don't even want to post anything.
Anyway, I'm about to turn 12 weeks tomorrow, I had an appt last thursday and I saw my little peanut waving hands and feet all over around which made me super happy.
Nevertheless I've been having some back pain since yesterday (sunday) which you know sometimes goes away when you... release some gas from your precious self :p, but today it has been like maaaan!!!! When I'm laying down is kind of ok and when I'm standing I kind of feel like if my lower abdomen was stretching, I don't really know what to think since all of my symptoms have been like worst than before today, I was super tired (like bad), sore boobs still, kind of dizzy and nauseous...
Has anyone experienced something like that and is now further.

    Is it lower back pain? I have a posterior uterus so lower back pain has been really common for me throughout. And the abdominal stretching you're describing could be round ligament pain. If you're truly concerned, it's never a bad idea to call your doctor! That's what they're there for :)

    It's like in the middle of my back right where my butt begins, and it feels hot.

    My tailbone has been sore, like I broke it. After sitting a while, I feel a spreading, burning sensation. But it is definitely my butt and not my back. Idk if this helps in any way, but thought I would mention it. I didn't think of it when I responded in first tri check-in.

I made it through without crashing!! :) Hats off to Dr. Fancypants!! ET of one 5AB blast. BFN. 13 10 CCS'ed snowflakes! FET #1 PUPO as of 7/29 Betas: 8/7@24, 8/9@97, 8/11@334 (etc.) Two sacs on 8/15, one seen on 8/18 after a bleed. U/s 8/25 (6+3) "perfect": 5.9 mm + HB@120bpm! U/s 9/4 (7+6): 15.9 mm + HB@172 bpm! Please, PLEASE stick this time!!!!

    Hope you feel better.  I have some back pain on and off but if it is severe, I would definitely contact the doctor just to be safe.

    Thank you ladies, I kind of feel better this morning :)
    Also I've been trying to figure out what type of pain I'm experiencing and I got to the conclusión that the cramps in my stomach kind of burn sometimes, so I think I'm really suffering w gastro-intestinal problems
