Help me plan my menu for the week. What are you eating?

Last night we had rigatoni with homemade meat sauce and French bread.  I have no idea what to plan for the rest of the week.

  • So I made this for dinner last night and I am SO happy I did.  Super easy, DH loved it, and we have leftovers for the next couple of nights!

  • I am crock-potting today. I put chicken breast and brocoli with Alfredo sauce and I will cook some noodles when I get home.  Honestly I'm not hungry or feeling it but I gotta eat lol.

  • I did a lot of cooking last week and over the weekend, so we have lots of leftovers this week.  Very little cooking for me, mostly reheating, woohoo!

    Monday - Spinach and mushroom quiche with salad
    Tuesday - Santa Fe chicken over Spanish rice with salad
    Wednesday - Turkey burgers with corn and caprese
    Thursday - Chicken with mushrooms, artichokes and sundried tomatoes over pasta with zucchini
    Friday - Family friend is in town so we're all getting together at my parents' house, dinner there.

    @lynnlynn21 - that looks really easy and delish!  I'm adding it to my list of meals to make and freeze before baby is born.

    @CatLadyTX - It's so pittyful.. I want to eat honestly I do but between the constipation and the nausea from the constipation by the time it's time to eat I can eat like a handful of each thing. UGH.. I'm ready for all the excessive eating that everyone talks about. I'm 12/13 weeks so I'm praying at least the nausea will go away fully and I can start enjoying food.  
  • Sidenote:  I want Sloppy Joes now! lol
  • Rotisserie chicken sounds really good. Me thinks that will find its way to my meal plan.

    Haven't decided if I'm making meat loaf or pork chops tonight... I do know that another pot of chili is on my menu for this week!
  • Last night: Pasta salad.

    Tonight: Beef nachos with lettuce, tomato, avocado, serrano peppers, and cheese. (I love nacho night.)

    Tuesday: Pasta salad leftovers (taking it to the pool for a swim/dinner night.)

    Wednesday: Flank steak tacos.

    Thursday: Pork adobo tacos.

    Friday: Eat out!

  • Had Veggie Chili w/ baked homemade tortilla chips tonight.
    Tomorrow: Lentil Sloppy Joes w/ asparagus.
    Wednesday: Homemade Mac & Cheese w/ BBQ kielbasa and salad.
    Thursday: Bruschetta Chicken w/ salad and Brussel Sprouts.

  • I need to go grocery shopping and haven't. No energy for it lately. :( With that said, I have NO CLUE what we are having for dinner. But spaghetti ALWAYS sounds good. I don't think DH will be up for it though, we've had it a lot lately due to my cravings for it.

    I dislike dinner time these days. haha
