Transition to formula

Good morning mamas. I took a little break from the bump but I'm back

. Question... We are just about ready to transition from breast feeding to formula (for my own reasons). Do you think it's best to mix formula with breast milk to start with or just alternate a full formula bottle then a full breast milk bottle? TIA

I've been told to mix. Start with 25% formula to 75% BM for a while. Then 50/50, then 25% BM to 75% formula and finally 100% formula. That's how I'm going to start to transition.
