    I'm tired and want coffee but the brand of coffee we have in the house sucks. I hate it. My choices are drink crappy coffee or have no coffee. No-one wins.

    Called the pediatrician to make sure Colic Calm was ok to give LO. Missed their callback because we were trying to get a little more sleep...and their only message was to call them back. I called them back, and am now again waiting for their call. Phone tag while taking care of a newborn makes me ragey.

    SIL why do you say you miss the kids and want to come see them but once we try to make plans you never want to do anything! Stop telling me you miss seeing the kids and want to come over then never do! It's annoying!

    LO was awake all morning and fussy while we ran to whole foods. He was screaming in the car and falls asleep as soon as we get inside the house. I do a happy dance and he wakes screaming and hungry. I guess I'm just meant to sit in a chair and nurse all day.. at least I've got tv for my only adult interactions

    Clogged duct. 'Nuff said. 

    Also, I laid down (chest down) in the bathtub today and hand expressed trying to get rid of it. Expressing milk under water is really frickin cool looking. 

    Duct is still clogged.

    Blew a tire with just me and the baby in the car. Had to wait for OH to get to me to take the car to the garage/let me take his car to go out. I can change a tire myself but needed to drive further than the temp tire would allow so we switched cars. I'm not getting my car back til Wednesday so have to take my mother in law's car to go to the movie with DD1 tomorrow. I hate her car.

    Some wench who was supposed to be picking up some clothes I sold on Craiglist is apparently blind. Meet at this place, my car looks like this. I got there early but 30 minutes later, I give up and leave then she calls DH who set it up to say she can't see me. Weird, I was there in an open space and the only car of that colour in the whole lot so not sure how that works. So I spent 25 minutes standing in a parking lot by the car and came home with the clothes/no money.

    It's impossible to get bras in this country. I'd have more chance of finding a leprechaun riding a unicorn that poops rainbows than finding my size because I happen to be a ridiculously impossible size.

    My milk supply still sucks...no matter how much I pump, nurse and take fenugreek and drink mothers milk tea I still only pump about 2 oz per session and when I nurse I have to supplement. I'm going to loose it soon!

    I took LO for a walk so I could find an outfit for Friday night since DH and I are finally getting a night out, going to dinner in the city and staying overnight while my mom watches her. As soon as I stepped into the boutique, she started screaming her head off so I had to leave. I refuse to wear maternity clothes. I want to feel like a human not a post pregnancy mess for the night...well try again tomorrow.

    @MSUDucks‌ Is it in a downtown/popular touristy area? Or on a Friday or Saturday? In my area atleast, hotels tend to be way pricier on the weekend. Especially in a popular area. Sometimes booking.com tends to have better prices listed. I spent ONE night away after using booking.com at 4 star hotel and it was a little over $300. That was with tax. Originally, they were asking $500+.

    Mine does this exact thing too and it irritates me because it's so transparent. I want to tell her relatives to start sending gifts for our kids straight to us! Once I got one and the card had already been opened. That super irritated me and made me wonder if money had been sent with it.
    That is so shady!!!

    @NugsMom‌ I seriously think there is a switch that goes off once their sons get married so that they go from sweet mother to weird and annoying MIL!! At least DH is on my side though--when she came by to drop something off today he told her DD and I were sleeping so that she wouldn't stay.

    Yup, downtown Chicago, 4 seasons, on a Saturday. I mean, I get why those rooms are expensive, it's just a bit much to expect from guests I think. Because we have to take DD and I want to be where the reception is it'll be close to 400. I think I'm grouchy because I'm on mat leave and am trying to be cautious of spending.

    Lol Oh damn. Yea, that'd be pricey. I'd be taking my ass home. Sorry it's so costly!

    Dh stop taking tags off of new clothes that I have put aside to exchange! Lo has a 6 drawer dresser slam damn full of clothes that are his size and clean
