No matter which side I sleep on, after an hour or two, I wake up with searing pain in whichever hip was on the bottom. Roll over, repeat. All night long. The only sleep pillows I'm currently using are the ones for my head and a smaller throw pillow under my belly to support it. Frankly, now that DH is home from the hospital, there's not a lot of room for more pillows in our bed, and few spare pillows in the house because they're all being used to keep his leg elevated, but if there is a strategic pillow placement that might help this problem with my hips, I'll try and figure out a way. Thanks!

I'll try a pillow between my knees, too. I've done that to help with low back and pain in the top hip, but I didn't know if it would help with the bottom hip. But I will definitely try!
Thanks guys!

I tried some additional stretching and adding a few pillows last night, and I was pretty good until DH got in bed and I had to lose the one I had behind my back. Still, one between my knees did help. I'm up every 2 hours tending to him right now anyway, so it's not such a big deal to change positions, but I'm really looking forward to not having to get up quite so much!
