Baby Shower Invitation

I'm having an all women shower. My boyfriend and I are not married and therefore have different last names. I'm worried that some of his more distant family members may not realize who is having a baby when they see the invitation if it's just my name nor do I want people to think I'm neglecting to give him proper "credit" for his part in the pregnancy and upcoming baby lol. But if I put his name also, I don't want to give the impression that he will be there and that it is a co-ed shower. What is proper etiquette?

Same situation. Baby is having my fiances last name. Put something like "baby (lastmame)!" Use an invite with a maternity shot of the two of you.

I'm in a similar situation... I'm married, but I did not take my DH's last name. I will be adding his name to mine on the invite.

I would just leave the card the way it is. If they don't know who you are then it's their loss for not going. Maybe your boyfriend could inform then and let them know who you are if he wants you to invite them.
