All mothers should have the right to have paid 12 week leave to spend with their newborn! 6 weeks is not enough! Sign and let's see if we can make a change for the better!!

    I disagree.  The idea/wording is far too simple.  "ALL women?" 

    You're suggesting the same paid benefits for full-time, part-time, prn?

    All female employees regardless of time employed? (2 days or 20 years) 

    Only female employees?  What about DH/bf or 2 males adopting a child?

    HOW is the business supposed to fund this?  Where does this expense (without the workers) come from?  Increased cost of products?  Decreased wages?

    ETA: pg #1- I worked as a retail cashier then took a fully unpaid mat leave.  I'm now employed full-time.
