Just curious. I think this is interesting because some people will look at a 12 hour stretch as STTN and others are at like 8hrs... Whats your sleep/wake time and the MOTN duration??? (i'm counting the duration of baby's sleep as MOTN rather than parents bed/wake time within that window)
Bedtime: 8:30 pm
Waketime: 6:30 am
Duration: 10 hours (interrupted)
eta: sorry this wasn't more clear. I meant it more as a what time do you consider it nighttime sleep (with interruptions) as opposed to a nap. Jamie still gets up once but total we are looking for a 10 hr stretch if that makes sense...
Re: What time is bedtime > (MOTN) > waketime?
Motn feeding around 12
Up for the day at 7am
So she usually has a 6-5 hr stretch then another 6-7 hr stretch
*sometimes we have a second motn feed between 12 & 7 but it varies
So she is sleeping about 12 hrs at night then we get about three hrs of naps during the day 1 one hour and 1 2 hr.
MOTN: 10:30pm
MOTN: 1:00am
Wake up: 5:00 am normally sometimes 6:30-7 on weekends
Dream Feed 9pm
Wake up 6am-7am
Bedtime: 7:00
MOTN: 12
MOTN: 2
MOTN: 4
Wake Up: 5:00
*the MOTN aren't him fully waking up, just nursing and then falling asleep. I have a reverse cycler!
So-on average 5, 2, 2, 1
Feed: around 2
Wake up: around 7
MOTN: 3/3:30
MOTN: 5:30/6
Awake: 7:30
This varies quite a bit but we usually do something like this.
Bedtime: 9:00 - 10:00pm
Occasional MOTN pacifier: 12:30ish
MOTN: 2am-ish
MOTN: 5:30am-ish
Feed: 6:30am
Awake: 7:30am
This will be changing slightly when I return to work the end of the month. She will need to head to daycare/Grandma's at around 7:00am
Wakes up: 7:00 to 8:30
So... At most 11 hours but he averages 8.5 hours about. He usually stirs around 5ish but he just needs his paci a few times.
Having seen all the other responses... me thinks I'm putting Robert to bed too late.... Hmmm
Which reminds me... I gotta do a couple practice runs next week. Eek!
No MOTN
Wake: 7:30
Duration: 11 hours
Then she's usually awake for an hour and a half and goes back down for a 3 hour nap at 9:00 am.
I've been trying to move bedtime back an hour to 7:30 since when I go back to work on Monday she will need to get up an hour earlier at 6:30. Hasn't happened yet. :-S
Edit: 5 months (23 weeks).
Bedtime: 6pm
MOTN: we removed the clock b/c I was obsessing, but she is up at least 5 times, sometimes more.
Wake up: 6/7am
MOTN feed: anywhere between 1:30 - 3:30 and then another MOTN feed anytime between 5:30 - 7:00.
She usually falls back asleep for a bit and is up around 8:30.
The longest duration I've ever gotten is 6 hrs and that was only a couple times. Last night I got 4.5hrs! I was happy with that!
MOTN Feed between 12am-2am
MOTN Feed between 4am-6am
Wake time 9am
I suppose he would get up earlier, but I feed him and put him back to sleep anytime before 6am. I think I'm lucky at this point that he still goes down in the morning...ugh the though of 6am wake time kills me!
Bedtime: 9-10ish
Awake: 8-9ish
Our motn feeds have been soooo inconsistent lately. It used to be one feeding around 4-5, but in the last couple weeks, we've had some 12-1 wake ups, or nights were shes up 3 times.
Generally, she sleeps a 6-7 stretch then a 3-4 hr stretch.
Born 2/4/14
Weighing 6 lbs 10 oz and 20 inches long
Wake up time: Around 730am or I wake her at 6:30 on the day I work
So about 10 hours. She doesn't get up for MOTN feeds anymore. Around 4 months she started sleeping all the way through. She's turned 5 months last week.
Wake time: 6:30-7 am. Though on weekdays we often have to get her up at 7. If she's up by then though she will usually just hang out and chat to herself, maybe snooze and suck her hands.
Duration: 11 hours, with 1 chatter wake up btwn 4-5 pm for 20 min or so before she goes back to sleep.
We're super lucky, I know. But she's still an awful napper so I guess it makes up for that ;-)

TTC again in March 2013
Round 3 of 100mg Clomid + 1500mg Metformin BFP #2 06.14.13
Wakeup: 6:30 am
No interruptions! She's been doing this since 13 weeks!
MOTN wake-ups are more frequent (3-4) now that he rolls over onto his tummy and well won't roll back or just rest his sweet little head down to sleep.
Wake-up between 6-6:30
Sleeps for a total of usually 9-10 hours
I'm jealous of all the great sleepers out there! My guy was pretty decent before this 4MW period hit!
Bed 630-7
Feed 1-3 ish
Feed 5
We try hard to get her to go to sleep after that feed but she wants to be up. Sometimes we win and she goes back asleep until 630/7
Wake in morning: between 7 and 9. Total length of time varies. He usually wakes up whenever my 2.5 yr old is up for the day. He usually is up twice a night to nurse.

Nap: 10am (30 min)
Nap: 2pm (1-2 hours)
Wake time: usually about 7-8
MOTN feed: usually around 12:30 and 3:30. It varies every night though. She usually sleeps about 3-5 hours at a time.
