My little peanut has been steadily dropping percentiles for height and weight (She's almost 13 months). Our pedi's not too concerned because DH and are both smaller people and its likely genetics, but I need to make sure she is getting enough (high quality)
calories. Doc suggested whole dairy products, meats, avocado. Anyone
have some good baby/toddler friendly recipes or resources? Iron level is
also borderline low so high iron foods are good, too. Of course my 4 year old
doesn't need all the full-fat dairy products so looks like I'll be
making separate meals somewhat! Lol

Re: Good high-fat/protein meals for young toddler?
These are the kind of meals I make and that my 13 month old eats with us, but she's been dropping percentiles so I thought maybe I need to do more. Maybe my breastmilk supply had been dropping and I hadn't realized it though, and now she may gain more weight since she's mainly on solids?Pedi mentioned "hardy meat sauces".
