I followed it religiously for 6 months and felt amazing! Was shocked by the difference. My eyes even felt more moist... I ate ezekiel sprouted grain raisin bread when I wanted bread. The hardest part was following it while out. I kept safe snack options with me at all times.
I like to make big batches of quinoa, shredded chicken, and diced veggies to quickly throw together meals. Quinoa +chicken and veggies + herbs= delish!!! Love herbamare to replace salt.
