Meal plans

What do you have going on this week?

Tonight: ? not sure of plans yet

Tomorrow: Steak and Baked potatoes

Monday: Chili dogs and fries

Tuesday: Crockpot Garlic chicken legs, boiled red potatoes, salad

Wednesday: lemon tilapia and brown rice

Thursday: Turkey sloppy joes and chips

    I always say I'm going to meal plan for the week but I never do. I used to before DS was born and I really need to get into it again- makes life so much easier. Anyways, I digress...

    Tonight: crock pot ropa vieja (cuban shredded beef)

    Tomorrow: burgers and home made fries courtesy of DH

    Monday: fajitas? Pan-fried tilapia?

    That's all I've got for now...

    Sun - teriyaki steak and pineapple kabobs, coconut rice, grilled asparagus
    Mon - coconut chicken curry, jasmine rice, naan, cinnamon roasted carrots
    Tues - out
    Wed - dinner with my parents
    Thurs - crockpot lasagna soup, garlic green beans
    Fri - cashew chicken, brown rice, stir fry veggies
    Sat - out

    I actually eat it in a bowl with avocado, but MH uses a bun and adds cheese.

    Tuesday-sloppy Joe's & veggies

    Wednesday-Friday tilapia, mashed potatoes & salad

    Thursday-stew chicken, white rice and fried plantains

    All of these look pretty awesome. I cant figure out what I want to cook tonight! Preferably something that doesnt have a lot of different ingredients! Bc...lazy.

    Chicken fajitas
    Chili (it's 100 degrees out so this might get changed)
    Salisbury steak, mash and peas
    Ham, hash brown casserole and green beans
    Fish sticks, Mac and cheese, mixed veggies
    Chicken gyros
    Bang bang chicken, fried rice and stir fry veggies

    I'm excited for this week, two new Recipies and some comfort food favorites for the first week back to school :)

     BFP on Cycle 17 09/27/12. EDD 06/04/12! Please Stick Baby! A/S 01/22/13 Baby looking great. Officially TEAM BLUE! Jack is getting a Baby Brother! RCS scheduled for 05/29/13. William Daryll born at 9:59am on 05/29/13. Left ovary and tube removed due to peach sized tumor found during RCS. Pathology came back benign!
