  I haven't had an u/s but some simple math tells me you're right on. Doc would have said otherwise?

  
  

  60mm = 6 cm = 2.4 in. My app tells me a "plum" is 2.1 inches long at 12w. Looks good to me.

  I'm 13 weeks at at my NT scan last week the baby was measuring 3". We were told that's normal size.

  I don't think any real size difference for different babies will happen until after week 30. If I remember right, they all average about 7.5lbs before/at birth with some being smaller, others larger.

  I had my n/t at 12w3d and was 67.5 mm or 2.66 inches. The ultrasound actually dated me at 13w1d but I don't know why since I think at that stage you're about 3". Who knows. But it sounds like you're right on track!

  Yes.  When I had my NT scan at 12w1d, baby was measuring 6cm.

  At 12 weeks 1 day mine measured 6.54 cm
