Well this sucks

Dh and I actually have a DATE tonight. An honest to goodness date including dinner out and fabulous tickets to a ball game. And I have a migraine. My head is killing me and I want to throw up. WHY??

Rest assured I'm still going, but I'm a little concerned about in what condition.
Hallelujah, it's a miracle, I have children AND a signature!

    I've heard that it really helps to put your hands and feet in warm or hot water (like sitting on the side of the tub) and an ice pack or a bag of frozen peas on the back of your neck. Try googling for specific info. Hope you feel better before tonight!

    Eta it's supposed to help draw the blood away from your head to relieve the throbbing.

    This is me too. I drink pop sporadically so sometimes my headaches are caffeine related and it seems to help to drink some.

    Sorry you're feeling crummy :( hopefully you feel better in time for your date.
