A friend just posted that there are only 20 Fridays between now and Christmas! Since I'm too lazy to go count, I'm just going with it and *woah* that means only +/-20 weeks until many of us will have our babies in our arms!
Ew, no, maternity coats are SO ugly!! The one I had to buy my first pregnancy literally looked like a shiny quilted black trash bag. It is one of the few things the friend I gave my maternity clothes to didn't give back, I'm assuming she gave it to Goodwill, and I would not blame her! I was not willing to pay $80 for a coat I would wear for about a month, but had to have a coat and already wear XL when not pregnant, so just buying a size or two bigger was not an option. I bought the cheapest one I could from Old Navy. Not looking forward to looking for a new one this time.

Try a 1x plus size coat - they are wider so you may have more room to grow.
I'm just planning on wearing my fleece which is what I wore most of last winter and if it gets too tight, I'll go ahead and buy a bigger fleece - I don't mind having large fleeces laying around.
WHEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!! This semester is going to FLY by.
Just trying to soak it all in. The very last bits of summer, getting down the shore, soaking up the sun. Then bring on apple & pumpkin everything. Flannel and boots and layers and pie. Then it'll be peppermint & chocolate and candles in the windows and twinkle lights. It's gonna be a good rest of 2014.

Who said anything about maternity coats?! Haha I don't want to spend $100+ on a coast specifically for a maternity coat. I'll probably wear a sweater under my normal coat.

I did because I'm too f-in' fat to wear my XL coat pregnant, I could hardly zip it last year when I wasn't pregnant!

This year I will definitely buy holiday stuff before the 'season' begins, I will definitely admit.
I can't do that either, I wear a bigger size than my hubby. Doomed to wear a trash bag coat again.
