And it is not enough! She wakes up still yawning and glassy eyed. But, she won't go back to sleep and just wants to talk in her crib! So, this makes it hard to tell her sleepy cues for her next nap, since it seems like she yawns all day every day. Anyone else in the same position?? Any suggestions??
Re: DD won't nap more than 30 minutes!
How is her sleep at night?
Baby J doesnt take too long of naps during the day but he sleeps 6-10 hours at a time through the night.
She sleeps good at night. I wouldn't mind the 30 min naps if it seemed like she was rested afterwards! She either yawns immediately after she wakes up (and doesn't stop yawning!) or 20 minutes after she wakes up. So that leads me to believe the short naps are not enough
