I've just found out im pregnant after having two losses in a little over a year (both in the first trimester). I'm terrified and there's no one for me to talk to since I learned the lesson twice over about telling anyone before 12 weeks. Now I'm worried the fear is putting stress on my little appleseed. Any advice from women who've had similiar expierences?
I'm so sorry about your previous losses, but congrats on your pregnancy!
We all understand the worry of those early days. Do you have any close family or friends who know about your losses that you could confide in for support? I actually found it helpful to talk about it, but I understand that it's not for everyone.
I suggest you check out the PGAL board (pregnant after loss). It's a much more active board and all the ladies there are currently pregnant and going through similar emotions as you. When you get there, check out the thread at the top of the page entitled "Mantras". A lot of really great reminders, and my personal favorite is "our past does not dictate our future".
Best of luck to you!

@LunaBug924, thank you for your encouragment and directing me to that board. I was looking for that one and found this one first. Those mantras are perfect especially "today I am pregnant and I love my baby".
