    The only thing I can think of to add would be a small portable changing mat. We do cloth so my basket would look a little different, but that's a great list.

    Well, right now I'm 5 days overdue, but let's ignore that for now and focus on more fun things, lol.

    A lot of the stuff is the same, actually, other than the diapers, wipes, and breast pads being cloth. Since I use cloth wipes, I also have a mini spray bottle with either water or wipes solution. I love Earth Mama Angel Baby bottom balm for diaper ointment. It's expensive but the tiny tin lasts a long time and it smells really good. Like I mentioned, I use a small waterproof changing mat. And a wet bag for the dirties.

    I cloth too. I have an extra cover, inserts, butt wash cloths, Angel Baby Bottom Balm, a changing mat, booger sucker, and the fingernail clippers. Usually there's a couple pacis in the bakery too, but we're trying to keep E at using them only in his crib, so I've pulled them all out.

    I'll have two in cloth so right now the whites are my newborn tints, the colored ones are for my 18 month old. The empty pocket is where we kept pacis. Here's a pic of my basket:

    I also do cloth for 2. I keep two small bins downstairs to avoid having to trek upstairs during the day. I just fill each bin with a handful of diapers for the day, cloth wipes, a peri bottle of water to wet the wipes with, and waxelene as a diaper cream. I also have a folded up changing mat and wetbag around.

    Bru version of the Carters Caddy- it was like $20 or $30? We didn't use a changing table at all until recently. After we realized we would have two in diapers, we knew we needed more storage so we got a dresser (free!! ) and refinished it.

    Target occasionally had them, bru also.

    I have wash cloths in both mine, they are great for covering up LO penis while I change him. That way when he pees it gets on the washcloth and not on me!

    I keep cornstarch handy too. With it being hot it's an all natural relief for any rashes or chaffing.
