Clothing sizes - lbs v. months

Hi ladies, popping on over for a refresher on infant clothing sizes. I need to start going through my infant stuff from DD and figuring out what I need this go around. I don't remember how the sizing works. I know I have some things that are sized in lbs (7lbs, 10lbs, 13lbs), and some in months (NB, 0-3, 3-6). I think the 7lb stuff correlates with NB and the 10lb correlated with 0-3. Does that sounds about right? I'm expecting twins and think I'll need some more of everything, and some more NB stuff. DD was in NB for like a day before she outgrew it. Thanks!

Here's the size chart from Carter's. It lists the height and weight associated with each size, so it should give you an idea of how the weight marked ones correspond. https://www.carters.com/cs-sizing.html
