Foot pain

So I have a tingling pain on the heel of my left foot when I walk. Anyone else experience this! The aches and pains are really starting to kick in!

    Yes, what @crawford411‌ said. My husband had it a few years ago--the water bottle was a huge help.

    I have PF normally and have to use special inserts in my shoes.  It's been sort of acting up lately...along with every other ache and pain.  Though mine were custom orthotics, you could try some of those Dr. Scholl's where you stand on the machine and it tells you which ones are good for your feet...they are cheaper and might help a bit.
