  My FGF: We're coming up on a very hectic time at work.  All this week I've been steadily organizing and/or completing projects to prepare for the upcoming chaos!  For this, I really feel great!!!

  I finally had my surgery this week and my doc says he got all the retained tissue out. After 3 months post-D&C, this is VERY GOOD NEWS!

  I was able to share some garden produce and baking with my parents. My mom has always been Mother Earth incarnate with garden veggies and lots of baking to spare, but her peas just haven't grown well this year whereas mine have exploded. And she got busy preparing for a trip with dad to attend a funeral, so didn't get to her usual baking run. I brought over a big bag of peas and a couple dozen cookies for travel treats for them, and she was so grateful, it just made me feel so good to be able to reciprocate for once!

  My FGF is to the wonderful staff at the hospital where I had my surgery on Wednesday. I was delayed due to my doctor being called to an emergency, but the nurses sat with me and we just kind of hung out talking like we were old friends. I really appreciated it because it helped keep my mind off things. They were just genuinely nice and didn't treat me as just a patient.

  TTC since 4/28/07
  Diagnosed w/ endometriosis 12/2010 Laproscopic surgery & 6 months of Lupron
  BFP 12/17/2011,EDD 8/23/12,ectopic discovered 12/29/11 at 6 weeks recieved methotrexate
  Dec '12 HSG & ultrasound showed abnormalities & more endo. Laproscopic surgery in January '13 showed significant damage & scar tissue from Endo. IVF is our best shot to concieve our rainbow.

  I was having a hard day yesterday and made a post on Facebook about missing Addie. More Bumpies responded than people I know IRL. It made me so thankful for each of them. They have all touched my life so profoundly and it's so good to have such a large group of friends who get me. It made me feel so good that I do have support when I need it more.

  @CFearsy‌ they investigated and put out a report that substantiated my claims to be true. It said appropriate action has been taken but nothing has happened that I know of and she is just keeping a low profile. Another guy filed a complaint on her too and corporate is supposed to be coming to Houston in a few weeks.

  My FGF: I'm a nurse on a med/surg floor at a hospital and occassionally we end up with patients who need an OB/GYN for some reason ... anyway, I bumped into my OB who I hadn't seen since my follow-up from the D&C. He stopped me, put his hand on my shoulder and asked how I was doing. I almost cried. It was just so nice to see his concern.

  I missed FGF, but if it's not too late, I would like to add one!  For our wedding, my DHs uncle gave us a $1,000 credit to his furniture store.  He makes beautiful cypress furniture at a shop in New Orleans.  When we first got married, we were living in a small rental house and had no room for my ideal piece I wanted him to make.  Well we recently purchased a home so yesterday we went to cash in on our present.  We have a huge empty wall in our house where our TV is and we have a tiny TV stand.  I wanted a gigantic entertainment center.  He ended up designing us this awesome piece that has bookshelves on the side that can be easily taken off if we eventually want to use them somewhere else.  Best of all, our design ended up costing $1500-$2000 but he didn't charge us any extra.  He said to consider it a wedding present and a gift honoring our baby.  I felt so loved
