    Considering most women go to 40+ weeks with their first, I'd say you've got a pretty normal situation going on.

    Chill out. The end is in sight soon enough.

    With DD, I had no signs of any cervix changes, even at my 40 week appointment.  I went into labor that night.  OP, I'm sorry you're uncomfortable and frustrated, but as the others have said, it's perfectly normal.
