  Why are you pumping? To build a stash, relieve engorgment, etc? Is it solely because of your oversupply?

  I pump because i need to in order to give LO her fortified breastmilk 4 bottles a day. On the times she gets the bottles i pump, sometimes after she breastfeeds I'll pump the side she didn't take a freeze it.

  Like twice a day. DS doesn't drain my boobs and they hurt. Plus I was starting to get mastitis from it so I would take a hot shower first. I think I've got it back under control.

  I EP and pump every 4 hours, so 6 times a day. I was doing every 3 but switched to 4 based on advice from a lactation consultant because I get so much milk each time.

  Since my LO is in the NICU, I'm just pumping right now. I pump every 3-4 hours.

  I pump when she doesn't completely empty both breasts so maybe 2-3 times a day.
