I am leaning towards the Jenny Lind crib but i really want to see
it in person. My husband wants to make sure its sturdy and i want to
make sure i like the look of it. Ive found it online at a million places
but i havent seen it is person yet. Do you know of any stores we can go
to that has it?
Thanks!
Re: Did you see a Jenny Lind crib in a store?
Sturdy & a bit of a vintage look to it! Maybe order from somewhere with free returns or a local store where you can return it if you end up not liking it!
I had a jenny lind crib and changing table for my son. I loved it. I really like the spindles. It was VERY sturdy. I used it for my son and daughter and never had any issues. We got ours AT babies r us. I don't think it's a popular style for them to keep in the stores. All the ones I see at the stores have the thick slats. Do you have any friends that are pregnant or have kids that are a bit older? Put it out there to friends and family and see if anyone has one...someone might have it sitting in an attic for you to see it. As far as it being sturdy, if I still had it, I'd use it for this pregnancy. I son was 'rough' on it and it made it through two kiddos.
Good luck.
