Hello everyone! I am very new here and excited to announce I am 10 weeks pregnant with di/di twins. This is my second pregnancy but I will be a FTM. We are feeling so blessed right now.
I hate to complain but in this short time my pregnancy has not been the easiest. I had a very large bleed (SCH) that I'm still recovering from. Babies are both fine, thank goodness.
I look extremely pregnant already, to the point that complete strangers are already commenting on my pregnancy. I get shortness of breath really easily, I have random aches and pains, head aches every day, by the end of the day I am so uncomfortable even laying on the couch is painful.
Is this normal so early in twin pregnancies? I fear if I'm this uncomfortable alredy, this just means I will have a difficult time as things progress.
Congratulations to all of you!

Re: Ready for my introduction!
I had a lot of bloat in the beginning but that is all that it was. I also had a hematoma, had some gushing and spotting. It finally resolved at around 12 weeks. Headaches and body aches can be common...I'm 20w and I've had them - or have them (I have a sciatica issue that always seems to flare with pregnancy). Really depends on the person.
I had an easy singleton pregnancy and this pregnancy has been pretty uneventful compared to some of the ladies I know with both twin & singleton pregnancies, so I feel kind of lucky.
I have had a fairly easy pregnancy so far as twin pregnancy goes ( although that can always change on a dime) I noticed at 10 weeks that I was beyond exhausted and shortly after started getting some round ligament pain. It was uncomfortable. Now at 15 weeks not so much pain as greater general uncomfortableness. Getting a pregnancy pillow has helped with sleeping and not overdoing it on my feet at work etc... I also am still experiencing more morning sickness. yuck.
Try and get as much rest as you can! If you have access to a pool I have found that really helps with the aches. If not a cool bath might help. Don't feel bad about resting. I know at first I felt guilty when I came home from work I couldn't lift a finger. Some nights I can be productive and other time all I can do is lie down and have my husband wait on me.

I am 16 weeks, and I just drink more water (seriously, like a gallon a day is my goal). This seems to help with most of my cramping, etc. I am also gluten free. If I cheat, I hurt in my knee especially.... try tylenol for headaches? I am sorry you are having such a rough start. But I am glad you are here! Congrats on your blessings! Are you on PGAL? I have found those ladies very helpful, too :-) for all my "little crazies"...
