Even though we aren't starting solids for a few weeks, we are harvesting our fruit trees and starting to get fresh veggies and fruits from friends and neighbors so I want to use the surplus for baby food. Any suggestions/ ideas on how to prepare & freeze baby food? Are you making or buying baby food?
I pureed tons of peaches today and froze them in ice cube trays and mini muffin tins. We'll see how that works.

Re: Homemade baby food
In my experience, carrots need lots of added water in the blender. So does chicken breast. Avocado freezes very well due to the high fat content. Broccoli is hard to purée.
I need to get on the baby food train here too!
