I need advise sleeping hours.

My DD sleeping hours are insane , I feed her when I get home from work so she fall sleep around 7:30 pm or 8:00 pm ,she wakes up again at 11:00 pm or 12:00 pm she goes back to sleep at 1am , but around 6am or 7am I am nursing her she sleep again wakes up at 10:30 am she naps 2 times for less then 30 minutes in the afternoon . So when she is sleeping I cook clean ,wash the dishes ,organize her clothes ,wash her cloth diapers by hand/ he said i have OCD and I have no time , what can I do to fix these hours problems ? Did your baby sleep straight through the night ?
I know every body is different and all the babies behave different too .
My older son was the opposite of him .
