Stairs and lunges

I've been told by my acupuncturist to do squats, lunges, and go up and down stairs three times a day. I'm currently doing 20 squats 3X per day... But I was wondering how many lunges and staircase climbs I'm supposed to do. I completely forgot what my acupuncturist said :/

  • I couldn't tell ya what she recommended but honestly not sure how much good any of that will do. And honestly if I tried to do 60 squats (with actual good form and technique) I would be a sore lady and having sore quads before labor is not ideal for me.  And I was an athlete before pregnancy over took me! lol don't over do it, baby won't be here any sooner, and you'll just look sillier wabbling to the bathroom.

  • I've been going down the stairs (12 flights) at work and stopping every other floor for squats for weeks and it's not helping.
