anger hormones!

I am just so angry all the time I know it's hormones but I can't take it! Did anyone else experience this? Is there anything you found that helped you relax a little bit? I need to figure something out before I go off on my coworkers!

    I got really angry at DH the other day over something really stupid. These pregnancy hormones are are serious stuff! For me, the anger it's a once in a while thing, though. I feel like all of my emotions are magnified. I'm crying over silly commercials, laughing at dumb stuff, and get worried about things that a nbd. I don't really have any advice on how to deal with it. Unfortunately it's a normal part of pregnancy.

    During the first trip I got mad at everyone most of the time for no reason. It sucked at work and I just had.to try and keep my distance from people. Sorry your dealing with this.

    Hi, I wanted post on this, I don't come on here often as I would like. I get extremely hormonal during my pregnancies. After DD I was back to normal, and now during this pg especially during the last trimester I have been irrational and get frustrated about things that never bother me!!! DH and I have been together for 9 years so he knows this is not the regular me and is very supportive! Some days the only person I can stand is DD!! I was very troubled with this during my first successful pregnancy, but everything went back to normal after delivery! I talked to the Dr last time and this time, they say can be normal, but if anything changes or feels worse to let them know. Your Dr may suggest a different route for you. I also wanted to talk to them to see if this meant increased risk for postpartum depression, they said we can determine it when we get to that point. I had a little with DD, but it wasn't until she was a few months old. I feel like even in the 2 years there is more info online about anger/hormone's during pregnancy, it really helps me to read those stories and what others are going through! ( on a dad blog I read how his wife threw a subway sandwich at him, because she has to eat wheat and he was eating white, he says they laugh about it now lol) I am 36 weeks today, and definitely still going through ups and downs, but handling them better at this point! What I read to is that these hormone changes are too help you care for your newborn :)

    Omg I don't know if it's because it is a girl this time around or from progesterone but I could strangle my dh most of the time. Then I cry:) poor guy! So glad other ppl are feeling the anger. With ds it was mostly crying...lol

    I'm feeling it.  I get really angry at least once a day.  In fact, I just snapped at my assistant for not doing something correctly.  I try to remember to be gentle with myself, but otherwise I'm not sure how to cope either.

    Dx PCOS and Septate Uterus
    Septum Resection - 2/6/14
    brand new cuterus
    March 2014:   first medicated cycle + iui     = BFP!
