Hi, has anyone else had an OP positioned baby? I am now 35 weeks and baby is OP. Any advice on what I can do to position her correctly. So far I have been trying the cat pose, raising hips and legs while lying down, the medicine ball exercises etc. Has anyone tried this with success? Does OP mean that I definitely have to get a Cesarean? Thank you!

I think there's a website called "spinning babies" (can someone verify) that gives you different exercises to do to turn a face-up baby?
