Lump across back of head?

I've noticed a lump across back o my boys head. Maybe 1/4 inch wide and spreads almost all th way to his ears. I was thinking maybe difference of sleeping positions in crib vs swing is changing the shape of his head?
Anybody else have ever seen this?

    Not until October, I'm thinking about making an appointment though since I have no idea what's going on. Even researched and couldn't really find anything that matched
