If you stop thinking about it so much, it will happen. If you keep thinking about it, it won't.
Anyone think there is any validity to this? And if so, how do you stop thinking about it when you're excited, TTC, and have the worst case of baby fever?
There are some people who stop trying then conceive immediately. But I think that's mainly due to reduced stress. If you are constantly freaking out anxious about not getting pregnant, then yes relaxing could make your body less stressed and therefore more receptive.

Or it was just coincidence. Personally I consider NTNP when one doesn't chart or track ovulation and decides, at the time, if they want to DTD during their typical fertile window. Actively trying, again to me, is timing sex in accordance to your BBT and fertility chart. If you have sex then there's a chance you can get pregnant. That phrase just punches you in the gut when you've been wanting a baby for so long, while trying, and it's just not happening. No amount of "not trying" will make you a baby.
