Sour taste in mouth during sex?

Has anyone else experienced a sour taste or metallic taste in your mouth while having sex?

I am scared to take a pregnancy test if its too early, but I know a sour taste in the mouth is an

early symptom of pregnancy. Help! Should I just take the test and get it over with or should I wait

until I miss my period this month?????

During sex is not the only time I have experienced this. It also happened in the morning and right before lunch. I thought it was odd that it was happening during sex. During the first trimester it is common for the woman to have Dysgeusia which is a sour/metallic taste in the mouth. It is common during pregnancy because your hormones are changing drastically and it also messes with your taste buds... causing Dysgeusia. Yes, this is an early symptom of pregnancy for some women. I wasn't sure if to take a pregnancy test now or wait until I missed my period ( projected start date in 12 days)

You don't even know if you ovulated. If your period is 12 days away your only around 2dpo if you are right. Use your common sense. Your question was really stupid.

At 2 DPO most likely nothing has even implanted which would mean no symptoms? How early do you think symptoms start?

Whew, here goes...OP - you are not pregnant at what is likely AT MOST, 2 days past ovulation. Hell, you may have not even ovulated yet. The only way to know is by temping. You WILL NOT ever have pregnancy symptoms this early and also, for the record, PMS symptoms pretty much equal pregnancy symptoms. I have tried enough months (and have also been pregnant) to know this. A metallic taste in your mouth can also be cause by dental problems, or from medications you might be taking.

Your period is due in 12 days. That's almost two weeks.

Just wait to test until your period is late, or if you really think you're pregnant, test maybe a day or two before it's due. Then test again if you miss it.

It's far too early for symptoms yet.

I don't get it, I am on other sites that deal with pregnancy/TTC and I have never seen questions this stupid.. In the short 1 month I have been posting I have seen questions about chewing gum, using mouthwash, "feeling" pregnant even though tests say no and now this.... Does google automatically send all the stupid people here who google dumb questions?

And that selfie book is redic.

The questions here boggle the mind sometimes.... Some people are just legitimately clueless, but I swear to GOD some people are coming up with ridiculous questions especially for TB. And then like watching the comments explode.
