I feel like he is just pushing all his weight on my cervix ! I'm 37 weeks pregnant and this is my first baby and I am getting more and more excited each and every day! What signs of labor do I need to watch for??
At 37 weeks, you should be discussing this with your doctor. They will be able to tell you when they would like you to call or to go to L&D. Your water breaking would be a good sign as well as contractions. However, like I said, you need to talk to your doctor to see what they think about contractions...different docs have differing opinions about length, severity, and how close together they are before you head to the hospital. This can change from person to person depending on medical history.

Are we really doing this again? Listen, I know you're excited and afraid you're going to just pop that baby right out without even noticing, but that's not the case. FTM here, so I know how you feel, but, if you discussed this with your doctor, they would be able to tell you that you are not close unless you are at the 5-1-1. If you don't know what that is, ask your doctor. Actually, just talk to your doctor. I'd hope, since you chose them, you trust them to know what they're talking about, more so than a group of internet strangers who have little to no medical experience. Just saying.

Thanks lady! They're gonna keep an eye on the bp, but no protein, so for now everything's good.
I'm thrilled you could hold down the That's So Raven fort in my absence.
