predisone while pregnant?

Just looking for experience on taking predisone while pregnant, i totally trust my midwives.

backstory , i got poison ivy pretty bad and its spreading because im wicked allergic. Im only going to be taking it a week and its a taper dose but its been a long time since ive had to take it. Any tips?

My only tip (non-pregnancy related) is to watch out for side-effects. I hate prednisone; I cannot sleep while taking it, it gives me insomnia. It causes one of my friends to hallucinate, so he won't take it either.
