I have Factor V and I've flown while not on blood thinners. It depends how long the flight is. I was told to wear compression socks and of course try to walk around a little bit. But the longest flight I was on was about 4 hours.
I'm a bad clotter (since 2008) and I fly several times a month. Whle in thinners I don't worry. Since pregnant I've worn compression stockings and made sure to stand up once an hour to be extra cautious. It's always been fine.
