"single" mom toddler f/u

MUCH better day today. DD was at her regular daycare (DS was at temp daycare). I think she does better when she goes to regular daycare. Her and DS are going there full time starting tomorrow.

DD was very good/nice today, no tantrums, just a normal amount of 2.5 y/o shenanigans (using milk as body lotion, painting DS's nails...you know, normal stuff ;).

I also made a point of calling DH before bed and putting him on speaker phone. DD carried the phone around and talked to him for 15 minutes, and would point the phone to stuff and say "see, daddy?" It was cute. She went to bed happy and had no issues.

Thank you all so much for the support/advice today. I can't say how much I appreciated it and how much your suggestions really did help.

Now for a glass of wine and Real Housewives of the OC!

Glad to hear this. Temp daycare lady sounded questionable.
