Sudden appearance of moles EVERYWHERE!

Now I know skin undergoes many changes during pregnancy but this is kinda crazy.

Last night BF was giving me a back rub and commented on me having a bunch of black/brown dots or moles all over my back.  New ones he's never noticed.  And for a guy to notice something so little it took me by surprise.  I didn't think to much of it though.  Just kinda figured they've always been there and he was crazy.

Tonight after my shower I looked at my back and OMG I've never seen so many moles! Also my chest and face have developed tons! I swear this has happened overnight.

I have an OB appointment Thursday.  I've always had some moles and freckles.  These are bigger than a freckle/but small and circular. Pretty dark.

Anyone else have tons of skin changes....or things seeming to happen overnight. I'm just shocked all of this at the end of the game! 

Maybe its some sort of hormonal change, am I in labor!?! ;)

    I'm suddenly getting tons of skin tags. Not exactly moles, but weird skin changes for sure. I have no idea if they'll go away after pregnancy.

    @tamarar5 yeah I've got them everywhere! Stranger things I tell ya.  I hope they go away after baby though....

    I got a bunch of skin tags. They are starting to go away. I had ds 8/1.

    I'm getting skin tags, and some keratosis (they kind of look like moles, but more dry and raised?). My dermatologist said this was normal during pregnancy.

    My derm cut off four last month.

    He said they didn't look bad, but they were starting to get big and annoy me so he removed them.

    Just have them checked out after baby is here and your hormones calm down a bit.

    I just started getting skin tags last week or so. They are supposed to go away after pregnancy. I hope that is true! Also I have stupid brown spots on my face that look like dirt! I swear I wash my face!

    I had a mole removed right at the beginning of pregnancy. My dermatologist said pregnancy and right after is a big time where new moles can pop up and just to watch for changes to any moles you already have. I think it has to do with all the hormonal changes your body is going through, the appointment was months ago so I can't remember his exact wording. If you have any you are concerned about definitely bring it up to your doc.
